Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
7-day returns
You may return most unused items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging where applicable.
Non-returnable items
Custom or personalized items, and certain perishable goods (e.g. candles once used), cannot be returned. We'll indicate on the product page when an item is non-returnable.
How to return
Contact us at lavisq25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return label if applicable. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the item.
